Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Location: 321 14th Ave SE Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota, 55414, United States (must travel within metro area)

Job Duties:

Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of all Chatime stores throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.  Formulate and implement operations policies and manage daily store operations. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, and other performance metrics to measure store profitability. Identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.  Manage store operation budgets. Plan sales promotions and marketing activities in collaboration with Management and Individual Store Leads. Recommend locations for new stores and oversee the remodeling/renovation of Chatime stores. Manage subordinate staff, Store Supervisors, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding and on-the-job training, performance evaluations, promotion, and disciplinary actions. Plan and oversee the purchase of inventories, supplies and equipment for store operations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, economics, or related field, and 2 years as an operations analyst or similar retail operation experience in the food and beverage industry. Must possess at minimum 2 years of experience with each of the following: Statistical methodology, data analysis and modeling; Data fitting; Financial analysis; Cost of goods analysis; Analytical reasoning;Interpreting data from financial systems; Clustering Analyses Pricing strategy analysis; Project Management. Must travel within metro area. Option to work from home but must live within same MSA.
